• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in is between 15 and 19 on Saturdays.
  Check-out is before 10 on Saturdays.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No. Heating costs Euro 0.25 per kw.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All apartments are located on 1st floor, except Mughetti, situated on the ground floor. No lift is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  They are all very quiet, anyway Glicine and Rose are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment located on the ground floor faces the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv is in all apartments, but there's no satellite tv for the moment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. Telephone is at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes. Next to the reception there is a wide room for dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Parking area is at the property, and the gate at the farm is always close.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the centre of Florence and at the airport there are many rental companies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery is 1.5 km from the property and supermarket is in Figline, 7 km far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The area has a wide choice of vineyards, either in Figline or in the way to Greve in Chianti.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 minutes far, Siena is one hour, Pisa is one hour, Arezzo is half hour.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Figline Valdarno is 7 km far, and it provides any kind of service and shopping centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze, 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not a pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ponte agli Stolli, 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Figline Valdarno, 7 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, any size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not connect your modem.
