• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The Payment of the remainder of the stay to be made upon: 20 days prior to arrival.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor & first floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, double rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Junior-Suites have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite television in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone but without direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all rooms, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have 3 pools and they are open during all the year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.

  Florence: 100 km
  Siena: 80 km

  Yes.
