• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast, it's not include.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The guest can settle the bill on the arrival time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Englis, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have an elevator (Braille lift). The building has 5 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are a quiet, private and romantic hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Villa La Borghetta has LCD TV in the rooms, all with international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning without extra from May - October.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We can provide to you computer access in the Internet point, and every rooms has Internet access. In the commun spaces there is wi-fi connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Villa La Borghetta has an outdoor swimming pool, open from June to October. Moreover there is an outdoor whirlpool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?

  There are different supermarkets in the surroundings.

  The nearest Village is Figline Valdarno.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pickup service.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Outdoor and indoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath are all in the Property.
