• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A large buffet breakfast is included in the price in case of full-board, half board and bed and breakfast service.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors + the roof terrace and there is an elevator to reach the rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms have all their own balcony while a wide terrace is at our guests' disposal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with Sat/Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are fitted with air-conditionig and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but you can ask the reception to check your correspondence.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but you have a wonderful sea in front of you!
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes,the hotel offers a wide car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the personnel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery 100 metres far away us.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100 km, Pisa 40 km and Siena 130 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Marina di Pietrasanta.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the International airport of Pisa (about 35 km far away from the hotel).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Pietrasanta.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 150 metres far away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Most of the beaches are private.The public beach is 1 km far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes,small pets are welcome but upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it serves up tasty dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from your room with your own laptop.
