• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our property is composed of self-catering apartments but we can offer you a "Good morning Basket" with the necessary things for your breakfast with an extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We need a pre-payment of the 30% of the total amount to confirm the booking. Then the balance will be paid on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have some apartments with a wonderful view from the window. Each apartment is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels, changed weekly, but at extra charge we can change them more often.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a common panoramic terrace, overlooking the surrounding area with a view from Pistoia to Florence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite television in the living room of each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in our apartments and it is not included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the basement there is a cellar where we can organize special dinner for maximum 20-25 persons, but it is on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but it will be ready in May 2007.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a outdoor private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can provide this service, all information at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores and supermarkets you will find at 2 km from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are and we can organize guided tour in the cellar of our area to see and taste the local products.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 28km, Siena 98km, Lucca 25km, San Gimignano 75km, Pisa 70km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Quarrata (3km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence Airport 25km and International Airport in Pisa is at 70 km from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop of the local company at 500 m from our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Pistoia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but we have an agreement for a special discount on the entrance ticket with Grotta Giusti Spa (thermal bath in Monsummano).
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
