• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is no breakfast is served: the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the bill has to be settled before.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor, there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes except swimming towels which guests must supply themselves.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Those on the ground floor, yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but there is no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. Fans can be supplied with a small extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  Yes, open all year.
