• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 10am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and is served Italian style with cappuccino, coffee, pastries, homemade tarts etc...
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating during winter period is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  At check-in, it is possible to pay in cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At reception desk, Italian and English are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is a traditional house of the medieval village with 3 floors and without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very comfortable and welcome guests in a very romantic atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but rooms are overlooking on the village.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are non smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a TV and satellite connection is on the way.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  B&B is not supplied with private telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no airconditioning but the walls are very thick and cool even in summer!
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but the B&B has a common room for Breakfast.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The structure do not have internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is outside from the village walls at only 1 minute.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car asking the owner.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  B&B is distant of 30 minutes from Sienna, one hour from Florence and 1 hour and a half from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Florence, Pisa and Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request and for an extra charge, it is possible to organize a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  From Chiusi-Chianciano station, you will find several autobus connections which will bring you in San Quirico d'Orcia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The closest train station is Buonconvento and Montepulciano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Inside B&B, there is no fitness center but in few minutes by car, you will find the thermal springs of Bagno Vignoni.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  B&B do not have restaurant but you will find many of them in the village of San Quirico d'Orcia.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no Internet connection.
