• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 9.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price but is available on request and extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors: ground floor and first floor and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens nad towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite television in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning in the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two swimming pools, one of them is for children. They are open from the second week of March to the end of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in San Gimignano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you will find some grocery stores in Montaione at 3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  All are about 50 km from La Collinella.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Montaione (3 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Pisa and Florence at about 50 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we have a taxi service.

  The nearest bus-stop is in Montaione (3 km).

  The nearest railway station is in Castelfiorentino (10 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, pets are welcome.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
