• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 05.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
  Difference of time or date of arrivals must be communicated to, and approved by the proprietor, with at least three days notice.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, Breakfast 5,00 Eur.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Unless otherwise previously agree the heating costs are excluded, and in the case of use of the heating the cost must be paid to the landlord before leaving .
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, only the "Isole 2" at First floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our apartments have a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, only at reception with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, living/dining room with kitchenette.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, thre is a swimming pool (6x12 metres) opened from May 25 to September 25.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence, 30 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, Scarperia (8 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is only 30 km, Pisa 110 km and Siena 95 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  S.Agata, 5 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 33 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Borgo San Lorenzo at 6 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have many different activities.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pet not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
