We arrived as dinner was starting but there was no problem with us eating there. The staf were all very pleasant.

What can I say? Our stay at Hotel Club I Pini was perfect! The staff and the service they provided was incredible! The room exceded all expectations, and resembled more that of a five star hotel. The hotel garden was like a small oasis in contrast to all the other hotels in the area, which didn't have anything that resembled a garden at all. We will of course come back to Hotel Club I Pini!

The congeniality of the staff. The very pleasant surroundings of the hotel, which no other hotels in the area had. The superb rooms. I can not stress this enough. One would never think this was only a three star hotel.

Absolutely perfect. It has all one would expect and more. Incredible staff and service. Superb rooms with airconditioning. Great food! Walking distance to the beach and other facilities. Beatiful garden to sit and relax in. Preferably with a glass of good italian wine.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everybody there was extremely efficient polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location of the hotel and its proximity to the beach was great. 10 out of 10.

The hotel stated that there were transfers available to and from the train/ bus station. but when we asked the owners they said this was not possible. also the hotel stated that there was a welcome drink on arrival, however we never got one!

It is a villa with an artistic flair since it was owned by a noted Liberty style artist whose designs are seen in the house and on the buildings in Viareggio. The garden is shaded and a lovely place to sit and read or to visit in the evenings. The owner and his extended family make up a lot of the staff and they make the hotel feel like home. It is in a good location, a short walk to the sea.

The place is ok, the furniture is pretty old (not only style, the state as well), but the hotel intends to reproduce the atmosphere of the beginning of 20th century, thus it's expected. Breakfast is normal, not only toasts and jam. The most important for us was a location, and we were completely satisfied. Hotel guests have a discount on one of the private beaches nearby.

we had called and asked for a reserved spot at a beach club and they assured us it was guaranteed at their affiliate club. to our dismay, the beach club claimed to be full and we needed to find another beach club. distressing at first, but we sorted it out.
also, parking on the sturday night post-opera was difficulty and we needed to shuffle many cars around to get our peopel carrier in. they were willing to do it, but it was a bit stressful at 1:30 a.m. to need to do it.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast (not very good and each time, we had to ask for the food missing on the buffet)

States that beach is available for guests. It would be better to state that beach is available at a discount. Also that car parking on site is 10 Euros per day.

Very attractive period hotel with a lot of character. Very well positioned for Lido di Camaiore and for Viareggio as well as surrounding areas. Staff extremely friendly.

the family atmosphere was the best feature of the hotel. The Owner manager and his famiy added a personal touch that far exceeded expectations. The options for meals in the garden was wonderful. The garden itself was delightful and could be emphasized more in the description - it was a quiet refuse. one should book ahead to reserve beach chairs umbrella in advance especially if arrving on the weekend. the World cup tv viewing and celebrations were GREAT - thank you
