TV was not working properly, mostly due to poor signal reception. However, this was not at all affecting our holiday. ... Maybe you should point out that some basic knowledge of Italian language (or a small dictionary) is useful when communicating with the local staff as most of them do not really speak Engish or German. This, however, was not really disturbing. Would also appreciate if the small playground behind the house would have a slide too. ... We will recommend L'Incrociata to my friends - it's a great place to stay, the wines they offered were also great. It's also a great place if you travel there with your children. Quiet, picturesque, and in the heart of Tuscany it is ideally located if you plan to drive around this beautiful country. A five-star experience -two thumbs up !!

the lady did not speak English, but somehow we understood each other - it just took a bit longer ... we really enjoyed it from the first minute ... ideal for relaxing holiday in a beautiful region far away from noise and rush

All satisfactory - we were not expecting to be met as we had been told by email what to do. ... There was a useful list of shops and other local places and information about the facilities on site - in German. We are English and my Italian is better than my German. Still we got by but an English or Italian copy would have been useful ... Left early - did not expect to see anyone fopr checkout ... Excellent value for money
