• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-In: from 3pm until 7.30 pm. Please contact us in case of late arrival.
  Check-Out: before 10 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, normally we ask for payment in full at arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four apartments are on the ground floor and two on the first floor (one of them has also a second floor).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a private outdoor space, with the exception of the apartment Granaio and Colombaio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV without satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In all the apartments there is a kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool, size 15 x 7 meters, open from 08.05.04 to 30.09.04.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a covered parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the town of Ambra, 5 km distance.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are many supermarkets in Bucine (10 km away) or in Ambra (5 km) there are many grocery stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many vineyards nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 50 km. Siena: 40 km. Pisa: 145 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pietraviva at 1 km distance.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport at 50 km and Pisa Airport at 145 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1 km away in Pietraviva.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bucine Railway Station 10 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
