• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday afternoon between 03.00-07.00 p.m. Check-out: Saturday morning between 10.00-12.00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly rate of an apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, all apartments are self providing.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it's payable locally by clients.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments at first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  I Massini provide linen and towels once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments at first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. (only for out-going calls).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is an open common place.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool (8m x16 m)is open from the first of May until the last day of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking lots inside the property. Each apartment has available two private parking lots.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport or in Empoli at about 8 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small grocery shop in the nearby village of Pozzale (4 km.). There is also a grocery shop-restaurant open on Sunday in the little village of Casenuove (4 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the property is completely surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and marvellous garden.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 25 km., Siena 55 km, Pisa 50 km, Vinci 18 km, San Gimignano 28 km, Volterra 40 km, San Miniato 12km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Pozzale (4 Km) with all the facilities (bank, chemist, post office, and so on.).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport "A.Vespucci", 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the village of Casenuove (4km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At Empoli Railway Station (5 km).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, tennis court.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
