Arriving from Florence:
Take the A11 motorway, exit Pistoia, follow the directions to Pistoia-Ovest/Abetone. Exit at Pistoia centro and then follow the sign to Serravalle Pistoiese/Montecatini Terme. Once reached the small village on the road Masotti turn right where there is the farmacy of the village and go straight on for 200 mt.The Villa is only 3 km far from the Pistoia motorway exit.
Arriving from the Versilia coast:
Take the A11 motorway, exit Pistoia, follow the signs to Pistoia Ovest -Abetone,exit Pistoia centro and turn in direction to Serravalle Pistoiese.Go straight on in direction to Masotti village and turn to the right at the village Farmacy.Go straight on and after a small bridge on a river you will see in front of you the Villa and the estate.
