• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A typical Breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  In the villa rooms its included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, first floor, second floor ,no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided to our guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have different kind of dining areas.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the reception area we have an adsl internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open from May until October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Pistoia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  All around the villa where we produce wine.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 30 km, Siena 80 km, Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Masotti and Serravalle Pistoiese and the city of Pistoia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange the pick up upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Masotti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Masotti - Serravalle Pistoiese.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We can organize upon request lunch and dinner for guests inside the villa.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
