• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before 11:00 a.m.
  However they are on request, dipend the time of arrive in Florence. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continetal breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the partments are located in the ground floor and there is no elevator in the property.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the area is very quite, with the typical Tuscany landscape.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have a large park around the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking apartments
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all the partments but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, of course.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we can let use a PC during your stay at Il Poggiolo.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No yet, it will be avaible from the next year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the parking is available in our park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  They are many agency in Florence(12 Km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 20 minutes walking far from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 12 Km, Pisa is at 42 Km and Siena is at 52 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Serpiolle at 2 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence International Airport (6 Km ).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of Farmhouse the number 43 to/from Central Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Florence' railway station. It is reachable with pubblic trasport in 15 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only very quite pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but if you want, you can book a dinner with typical tuscan dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, using the telephone line.
