• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person and accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it is possible to settle the bill on arrival but it is not possible to pay what is considered extra
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The reception speaks two languages: English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment/room could be on the ground floor or on the first one.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each apartment is very quiet and with private entrance.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  In our apartments there are towels and linens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are some apartments with court yards and small terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is the restaurant in the main house.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are two swimming pools, and one for children.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is the Poggio's parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi- There is the AVIS Agency
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the village there are grocery stores
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are some vineyards nearby our Resort
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 150 Km, Siena is 70 Km, Pisa is 200 Km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Cellesul Rigo at 500 Mt. and the closest town is Chiusi at 20 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino FCO, 160 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest town is Chiusi at 25 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
