 20 years ago, Enrica Novelli Franzil and her husband decided to transform the rustic farm they'd bought outside the Southern Tuscan town of Sarteano into a summer place where they could spend time with their children. Now they'd like to share it with you. |
 The cottage, dated 1792, has been returned to its past splendour thanks to restoration work(1993) which exalts its rustic character, whilst still observing criteria of functionality.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a shady pine forest. Twenty hectars of enclosed land ensures the maximum freedom, privacy and safety. |
 A visit to Pirro is ideal for the whole family. For the parents it means a relaxing time, for the children it means trips (to Pienza, Montepulciano, Chianciano, Cittą della Pieve, Castiglion del Lago etc.). For the children there is an environment created just for them: pine forest, swimming pool, toys, football pitch. |
Palazzo di Pirro is located between the provinces of Tuscany and Umbria, close to the municipality of Sarteano (Siena), 2 km from Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit of the A1 motorway. |
