• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily price per guest.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  For rooms only.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  First, ground floor and basement.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quite romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. They are provided by the property for room. But, for apartment, it is necessary to bring yours. They also can be rent by the farmhouse.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. All apartments have a courtyard and private grass.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. There are private telephone and fax in the estate. Otherwise, it is available public telephone at 2 km from the farmhouse.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes. Outdoors under gazebo or in the large living room with fireplace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool (15mx9m, depth 0.5m-1.7m) is surrounded by a shady pine forest.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. There is ample parking, and complete access to the grounds.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chiusi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 2km from the farmhouse, you can find almost all type of stores you need.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100km; Siena 70km; Pisa 190km; Rome 150km; Perugia 40km; Montepulciano 15km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sarteano 4km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 100km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi (9km).
