 The Farmhouse:
A typical Tuscan Farmhouse, il Pirro is quite large. It has a terrace, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and bath on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor.
Room nr. 1: one double bed + one single bed, bathroom.
Room nr. 2 and nr.3: both on the first floor suitable for a family, one with 2 single beds and the other with one double bed. Bathroom in common. |
 The Villetta:
The independent "little villa" is composed of two communicating apartments (in all 11 guests), ideally suited for large families or friends travelling together. Furnished in a more simple and modest way than the farmhouse's rooms, each apartment has its own independent outdoor place.
Apt. nr. 1: (2+2 guests). Apartment on the ground floor, composed of kitchen, bath with shower, double bedroom; In the basement dining room with sofa-bed.
Apt. nr. 2: (6+1 guests). Apartment on the ground floor composed of a large kitchen with a fire place, bath, and 3 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with 1 double bed). |
 The Dependance:
(4+2 guests) Independent apartment located on two different floors.
On the ground floor: dining/living room, bathroom, verandah.
On the first floor: two bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds). |
 All apartments have televisions and radios, and there is a fax machine in the main offices. Single or double beds can be replace and different solutions can be found depending on circumstances.
Pets are Welcome.
The apartments have central heating, and some of the rooms have individual air conditioning, should it be necessary (there is a charge for air conditioning).
