• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. We can prepare it on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each room/apartment has central heating. The cost is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are peaceful and private. One of the apartments is very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One apartment has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but all the rooms have wide windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms/apartments are non-smoking. There are many areas around the farm where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms/apartments are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephones have not been installed in the rooms. However you may use our telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all rooms/apartments, included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, our swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, thereare some little shops and there is also a supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  From our windows, just if you look around you can see vineyards; we are in Chianti Rufina, D.O.C.G. area and we produce a good Chianti Rufina.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 28 km
  Siena: 80 km
  Pisa: 95 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rufina.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence: Amerigo Vespucci Airport.
  Pisa and Bologna Airports are within 2 hours by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buses run frequently and the bus stop is very near.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rufina (local trains).
  Florence (for all directions).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the moment.
