Accommodations

 Even though each apartment and room has its own individual style, they have been specifically designed with your comfort and suitability in mind. The apartments all offer a well-equipped kitchen with cooking-area, fridge, television, lounge area and elegantly appointed bathrooms.
The bedrooms are furnished with double or two single beds, a bathroom en suite, mini bar and television. The swimming pool is at disposal of each guest and it is provided with dressing rooms and toilets with shower. Our farmhouse is made special by the details. |
 The names of the rooms and of the apartments are not thought by chance: they are the names of the peasants who have lived in this estate and have characterized the milieu.
Zeffera (3 Guests): is an autonomous apartment, which can allow a pleasant stay also to disabled person. It can at ease accommodate up to three persons. It is made up of a double room, a bathroom and a living room with a daybed and cooking area. The arched windows look on to the threshing-floor and the swimming pool. |
 Fiore (4 Guests): before restoring it was the barn of the estate, now it has been converted into a delightful relaxing place. The apartment is reached by a stone stairway and terrace from which one can admire the green of the surrounding hills. The terrace is exclusively enjoyable by the inhabitants of this apartment and it is furnished with table and chairs, shaded by mat: the ideal place where you can read and relax. The apartment is independent, built on two floors and we can consider it the quietest and the most protected. We offer 4 beds divided in 2 rooms. |
 Rubino (4 Guests): this bright apartment is inside the main building and can accommodate up to four people: there is a twin-bedded room and another one with a comfortable day bed. The apartment is equipped with a well handy kitchen and a unique bathroom. It is ideal for traditional families. It can accommodate up to four people with a double bed and two comfortable daybeds in two different rooms, a characteristics cooking area and a spacious bathroom. |

This is the smallest room. It is very comfortable, furnished according taste and it is ideal for romantic holiday. The windows look into the attractive garden of the main villa.
- Bistino e Cincio
We have very comfortable rooms, spacious, with two very beautiful windows, from which you can admire a wonderful landscape. |
