  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartament.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, it is extra charged.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, we prefer you to settle the bill at the end of the holiday.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We do not have any elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Casa Vacanze Il Paggino is a very nice, exclusive and relaxing place where you can spend a nice holiday.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are included in the apartment. We change all of them every week.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All the apartaments have private entrance and some space in the park.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    There is no TV in the apataments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Not at the moment.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes we have nice swimming pool with an exclusive view.
    It's opened from 01/05 to 01/10.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, we have a free parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are many places in Florence and Siena.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes there is a supermarket in Radda in Chianti, at two minutes from Casa vacanze Il Paggino and there is a bigger one (Ipercoop) in Montevarchi at about 30min from Casa vacanze Il Paggino.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    We are surrounded by vineyards.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    Florence is at about 60 km, Siena 30 km and Pisa 120 km.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Radda in Chianti.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Florence.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No we do not have.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus stop near Casa Vacanze Il paggino and also one in Radda in Chianti.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Florence railway station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry, no.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No.
