• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 15.00 pm until 20.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given price are the weekly price per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The payment will be done at the moment of check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On two floors: ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all apartments are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments on the ground floor have a private court yard and the apartments on the first floor have a private balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no airconditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have wi-fi internet connection and internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is also a covered parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Torrita di Siena (Km 5) or Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, Abbadia (3 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 15 hectars.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 80 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Abbadia (3 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?

  Montepulciano (6 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is a restaurant but it does not open for less than 15 dinner guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
