 "Il Grande Prato" is an ancient farmhouse in the Chianti area between Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. It is a family farmhouse suitable both for single family and for large groups.In fact, we offer accommodation in 6 wide bedrooms for 2/4 guests and 4 apartments for 4/6 people. |
The apartments are one next to the other, obtained from the restoration of the ancient oven and the cattleshed, followed directly by its owner, an interior decoration and design photographer. All around you can see the extraordinary landscape of the Chianti hills, with woods, olive groves, vineyards and cultivated fields. The "yellow house" takes its name from the colour of its interior and exterior walls. |
 The restaurant is reserved for guests. In the newly restored barn (300 mē) many creative and recreational activities can be carried out: theatre or music shows, seminars and parties (up to 100 people).
On request we can be arranged classes of: pottery, painting, tuscan cooking, dance, theatre and other. |
We organise animation for children and outdoor guests can enjoy swimming-pool, athletic ground and mountain bike and horseback riding tracks. Visit in farmhouse producing Chianti wine and olive oil are possible |
