• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: 12.00 am.
  Check out: 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian Breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided by "Il Grande Prato".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of all.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the studio has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, tv is in all rooms and Sky channel satellit in available in the common areas.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but you can find a telephone in the dining room and at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have our restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a wide swimming-pool open from 1 May to 15 October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Empoli, and Pisa and Florence Airports, and Florence Railways Station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Castelfiorentino (3 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 35 km, Siena 40 km, San Gimignano 20 km, Pisa 50 km, Lucca e Viareggio 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelfiorentino (3 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 35 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino (3 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No. You can connect your modem only at the reception.
