Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Breakfast is not included but we can prepare it on request. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?

English, Italian, German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The whole villa is very romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide them. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All around the villa there is a big garden, there is a terrace of 70 squared meters and a courtyard of 150 squared meters. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No but there is a big terrace, a huge garden and a courtyard. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, you can smoke inside the villa. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not but it is not necessary. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
