 VILLA IL FICO:
The two-floor house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the upper level and 2 salons with open fireplace, kitchen, dining room, guest toilet and maintenance room on the first floor. The guest apartment with shower bath and the washroom are in the sutterain |
 Upstairs, second floor: The spacious "yellow room"(30 sqm), master bedroom with a queen size bed is held in yellow and green colors and accommodates 2 persons easily. Sat. TV integrated in an English-type book shelter, Biedermeier paintings and the view towards south gives the room an exclusive touch. The spacious marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and cranes out of Palazzo Pitti has a direct access to the master bedroom and the dressing cabin. A Laura Ashley atmosphere in rose´ well comes you in the "rose room" (ca. 25 sqm). A Queen size bed, built in wardrobes and a little lounge providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The marble bathroom with bidet and tub next to the rose room is held in the same color. |
 Feeling the breath of history is guaranteed in the "Napoleon room"(ca. 18 sqm) with an antique single bed, typical strip wallpaper and Portraits of the king. From there you have direct access to a small shower bathroom with a Jacuzzi steam bath.
The "Asian room"(ca. 25 sqm), equipped with a double bed and Asian style interiors are completing the second floor. |
 Main level, first floor:The historical entrance door leads direct in the "first salon" (approx. 30sqm) with open fireplace, comantiques from Lucca and paintings out of the Biedermeier period. From here you have direct access to the "great salon" (40 sqm) furnished completely with antique of the Empire and Biedermeier period. A two-wing glass door is access to the 80 sqm terrace towards south with a magnificent view over the Arno valley.
Also the "dining room" (15 sqm) has a direct access to the terrace. The table gives space for max. 8 people, the plates are stowed in a built in cupboard. The "kitchen" is equipped with all necessary machines, dishwasher, 4-flame herd, Espresso machine, American fridge, etc.
Downstairs. Cellar: Under the terrace another "guest apartment" (50 sqm) with shower bath provides space for two people, being totally independent from the house. The washing room is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer. |
 VILLA LIMONAIA:
The two-floor house has 2 bedrooms and 2 shower bathrooms in the upper level and 1 salons with open fireplace, kitchen, dining room with open fireplace.
Upstairs, second floor: The spacious "master bedroom" (30 sqm) has a king size bed and is the gallery to the main salon. Two big roof windows giving light and always fresh air. From the bedroom you have a direct access to the shower bathroom and two large cabins for cloth and shoes. A separate stair connects the "2nd bedroom" with a queen size bed and has also a shower bathroom, separate cabin for cloth and a big roof window. Here is enough space for additional bed for children. |
