 Swimming-pool: the pool at "I Leoni" (6m x 12m) is not supervised. Sun-chairs and umbrella's at the pool area.
The Park and Garden area: it's possible to stroll around and relax in the surrounding garden.
Barbecue: Barbecue is available for the guest, free of charge.
There's also a children's playground and we rent mountain bikes. |

 At walking distance (1000 meters) , in two different directions there are two villages with shops, markets, cafe and good restaurants and pizzerias.

The nearest village is Cerbaia with all the facilities (chemist, post office, and so on.)
Tennis club: The nearest tennis club is in Montagnana (1km).
Horse-riding: about 2 kms away.
Fishing: about 4 kms away.
Banks: There nearest bank is in Baccaiano ( 2km). It has foreign exchange facilities and internationally linked cash machines (Bancomat). Opening times are generally 08.30-13.30 and 14.45-15.45 weekdays and 08.30-11.30 on Saturday. There is another bank in Cerbaia (4km).
Post Office: This is situated in Montagnana in front of Petrol station. Opening times are usually between 8.30-13.30 Monday to Saturday except the last Saturday of the month when it closes at 11.00.
Food Shops: The nearest food shop is in Montagnana, which is open on Sunday morning during summer period. For more general (and cheaper) food shopping there is a COOP supermarket just off Piazza del Popolo in Montespertoli.
Weekly and daily markets: in the San Lorenzo quarter of Florence there is a lively street market every day except Sunday. There are markets in the mornings in the following towns:

Petrol: In Montagnana you can find garage which operate 24 hours service where during normal opening hours someone will serve you, but out of normal hours you can use a self service facility.
Trains and Buses: Both trains and buses are available from Certaldo (trains) and Montespertoli (buses) or Cerbaia (buses). Please remember to buy your ticket beforehand and validate the ticket on the bus. Ticket may be bought from the bar in the square of Cerbaia. |
