  Check-in: after 2.30 pm
  Check-out: within 10.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms can be on the ground or first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some apartments have them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a Restaurant directly at "Il Crocicchio".
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. (15 x 7 m, depth 60 cm for chidren, 1.20 -2.70 m for adults).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports. At Figline Valdarno (15 km away from villa) for taxi service.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  30 km from Florence, 55 km from Siena, 100 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  2 km.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 1,3 km away from the farm house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Figline Valdarno, 15 km away from villa. You can take trains for the direction to Florence or to Rome.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. On request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
