• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 03.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly and daily rate per apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is price with breakfast either included than excluded.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quite romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Il Corno and Il Cornuzzo provide twice weekly linen change and weekly cleaning.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two swimming pools (7m x14 m - 1,40 m deep) open from the first of may until the last day of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking lots inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small grocery shop in the nearby village of S.Pancrazio (600 m).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the property is completely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  20 km Florence, 50 km Siena, 80 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is S.Casciano (6 km) with all the facilities (bank, chemist, post office and so on).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence (20 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
