good site and god way to find hotels that have availability

we arrived very late, about 1am but the hotel had left a letter out with a hand drawn map of where our room was and also left a light on so we could find it . very helpfull
...
very well run country hotel, if a little off the beaten track, but still well placed to travel around northern tuscany and to spend a few days relaxing . dont bother arriving at forli airport though. the most direct road takes 3 hours! better to go to bologne or florence .

Very high up wonderful scenery great rooms but not cheap. Easy to find. Good restaurant at La Traversa.

Very calm countryside hotel. The right place to write a book..
you have to visit it, if you want to get rid of stress.

The hotel is located in the mountains and is very difficult to find; it took us over 1 hour to locate the hotel. Much clearer instructions are required.

There were insufficient restaurant staff on duty which resulted in very slow service and included me having to go to the kitchen to get our drinks served.
We were disturbed at 01:00 by the Italian couple in the next door room having a fight which lasted for about one hour.
This was a lovely hotel in a lovely location but our stay was ruined by the slow restaurant service and a disturbed night's sleep. We will not return to the hotel.

Hotel owner welcomed us in person, very personal touch! Offered us food even though it was past lunch time and restaurant closed!
