• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property (change once a week).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all apartments have a court yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it's available on request from the 1st July to the 2nd September at an extra cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool measuring 16mx8m (48ft x 54ft), is built according to the most modern hydraulic standards.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence or Pisa airport, on arrival.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 110 km, Siena 65 km, Pisa 180 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cortona, 3 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport "A.Vespucci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Cortona.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Camucia. But the main one is in Terontola.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
