• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is usually per apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included as we offer self catering apartments, but there is a bar next to the property in case you dont' want to cook!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  25% before the arrival. 75% at the check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private and romantic.They are not very quiet during the 'Palio days' because we are in the heart of the 'contrada'(quarter) life. 'The Palio' is a wonderful experience!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is. You can see BBC, CNN and 5-6 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and heating in each apartment (except for Apartment Mirabella). It is individually controlled and included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is. Moeover each apartment has got a private combined kitchen-living room with all utensils.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point available for our guests at the reception. Please note that the reception is closed after 7 p.m.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a covered parking 250 m far from us. Our guests pay reduced rates.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are 2 car rental agencies close by.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  We are in Siena centre. Florence is 59 km far from us whilst Pisa is at 115.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport (65 km).
  Galileo Galilei Pisa Airport (120 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a city minibus stopping in Piazza del Mercato (50 m far from our apartments). Moreover there is a bus termial station in Piazza Gramsci, 700 m far from our apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena railway station, 2 km far from our apartments.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but all the best restaurants in town are close by.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
