The first night one of our party could not get their room as booked, but was moved to thier room on the second day. This was due to unforeseen circumstances. It did result in a small reduction in the room rate for the frst night.

The whole experience from Tuscant.net to the hotel itself as well as the company recomended for transport was second to none. It made a holiday unforgetfull and will definately be coming back to Tuscany and te Hotel Ilaria.

We had to drive around the wall twice before finding an entrance that lead us to the Illaria. The hotel was SUPERB!! We all especially loved the heated towel rack and those beautiful tubs. After a day of touring a nice hot bath was one of the highlights of our stay. It was wonderful.
All employees at the hotel were extremely personable and interesting. Language was never a problem and we also were pleasantly surprised at the restaurant around the corner that was suggested to us. The food was great and we didn't have to walk too far.
All and all, it was an extremely pleasant experience for all of us. The beds were firm and we all got a good nights sleep.
