  The price is per room.

  The breakfast is included in the price and it's a self service buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we prefer at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One double room and two single rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a satellite colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room has telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point. The guest can use it on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel offer private parking with garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just outside the walls, 20 minutes walk.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 1 hour by car. Siena 1 hour and 30 minutes by car. Pisa 20 minutes by car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The hotel is at 35 km from Galileo Galilei Airport in Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in "Piazzale Verdi",at 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca railway station is at 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel (1,5 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have 3 restaurants nearby the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
