• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for apartament.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No the brekfast is a service. We offer a tipical brekfast with an extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we prefer at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one plain floor.

  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?

  Yes, the apartament have terrace and Meriggio have also courtyard.

  No, we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, we do not have an Internet point.

  Yes, we open the pool in April from October.

  we have a familiar vegetable garden and there are shops in the villages closeby.

  Yes, there are vineyards nearby.

  Florence is 40km Siena is 25 km pisa is 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montevarchi is at 5 km, Mercatale is at 800m.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a Sita bus stop at 800m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The train station is in Montevarchi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a sauna and beauty centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem from the rooms.
