• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  For the room the price is per person. For the apartment the price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room, but please note that the price of the apartments do not include breakfast - although this can be provided at a small additional cost.
  We offer a genuine breakfast with our marmelade, hot bread, cakes cooked every day, yogurt, corn flakes, real orange juice, caffè, milk, chocolate, the. A simple hot breakfast is also available (scrambled eggs and ham)
• Is heating included in the price?
  yes, every room or apartment has private heating and also air conditioned, They are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, because we have to receive the balance upon the arrival. (View Payment Policy).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, a little Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors but the ground floor is available for not able people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is independent. All our rooms and apartment can be considered "romantic". We have a junior suit with Jacuzzi inside near the bed. All our rooms an apartments are peaceful and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our rooms and apartments have a private courtyard where our guest can spend time or have dinner. We offer th possibility to use a barbecue.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No because they have a courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephones are not yet installed in our rooms. However, you may use our house telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided in all the rooms and the apartments and is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have our restaurant where you can taste Maria's recipes of Tuscany traditional cooking.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet and E-Mail point are available by request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 14 meters long and 7 meters large and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms in Pisa and Volterra and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small supermarket which sells most daily needs including fresh milk and bread. There are also many supermarket in Volterra.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vinyards in this valley ( owned by small local farmers. However, many guests also take charming drive to the Chianti region and other important wine producing areas.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 65 kms far, Siena is 50 km(far and Pisa is 50 km (94 miles) far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in Volterra 6 Km far but the next village is Villamagna (2 KM).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Firenze and Pisa, however both Rome, Perugia, Genova and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange to collect passengers from Pisa or Pontedera train Station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We have a bus stop at 500 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pontedera, Pisa Firenze high speed links to Rome, Milan, Bologna etc).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We a spa in our property with Gym, turkish bath and beauty center. Here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes we love pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes we have a very good restaurant where we serve breakfast, light lunch (also round the swimming pool) and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, at the moment.
