 The property stands on a hill, 1,3 kilometres from the centre of Camaiore: from this position you will enjoy marvellous views of the Apuan Alps as well as the rooftops of the village, while the immediate surroundings are completely natural and relaxing, full of green and flowers. The house has a special charm as it used to belong to Ermete Zacconi, one of the most famous artists of the beginning of the 20th century. |
 It was actually at these times when the actor born in Montecchio Emilia in 1857 decided to build this two-storey house, where nowadays guests from all over the world enjoy six comfortable guestrooms. The property still belongs to the family - actually, Zacconi`s granddaughter is pleased to prepare you meals for dinner in case you do not feel like driving to Camaiore -: after two years of renovation works, it was opened as a lodging in 2003. |
 After a complete buffet breakfast including home-made items, you can set out to discover the many delights of the Lucchesia area: even though the main cities in the surroundings are Lucca (25 kms) and Pisa (27), you may also try smaller destinations such as Viareggio or the many medieval towns in the area. |
