You can rent a mountain bike or go for a pleasant walk through the woods, the vineyards and the olive trees. There is available a meeting room near the wine-bar suitable for sixty people. Iesolana produces 2 kind of red wine:
Folco: Sangiovese 95%, Merlot 5%, aged 12 months in barrels before bottling.
Chianti Isolana: Sangiovese 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%.
And 1 white wine:
Le Ruote - Trebbiano 60%, Chardonnay 40%.Moreover we produce:
Vinsanto: aged 7 years.
Grappa: by Sangiovese grapes.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Honey: made from different flowers. |
 Cooking Courses:
in our wine bar we organize cooking course. The course is divided into practical and theoretical lessons. Theoretical lessons are given by skilled experts and deal with some of the most typical aspects of the treditional Tuscan cuisine: hors d'oeuvre, soup, rich first courses, roasts, vegeteblas, desserts. At the end of the course an attendance certificate will be given all participants together with some pamphlets. Also Course on wine tasting / olive oil tasting are available. |
