• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartments.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room, but please note that the price of the apartments do not include breakfast - although this can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast which includes: croissants, hand.made cake, rolls, pastries, cold meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices. Coffe, Cappuccino, Tea, American Coffee with service at table, directly from the bar (express). A simple hot breakfast is also available (scrambled eggs and ham).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course, you can settle the bill at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak English, French and Italian languages.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our resort is composed by 4 floors, with external access. We haven't elevator/lift because Ministery of Arts didn't give the licence, because we are in historical centre and in National Park.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Of course. All our rooms are very quiet, private and romantic. The most romantic rooms are the Blue and Pink Suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but most of these have excellent view on valley and Poppi Castle.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, but we need of reservation for these.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped by TV, TV SAT with international channels. Our relax room is equipped by SKY (Italian Cable Tv) and big TV (42")
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have direct dialling and other access for Internet LAN, in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we are 730 metres on sea level. It isn't necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in each room there is internet access for your PC, and there is a internet point in Relax Room. Internet is free everywhere.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have lovely swimming pool on panoramic terrace. It's open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have private free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car directly here at reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are at 200 mt from here. You can go there by car or by foot, walking through medieval Moggiona town.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Vineyards of Camaldoli is far just 10 km from here. We are near also Chianti of Arezzo area and Chianti Rufina area at 20 km.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is far 62 km (1 hours+20 minutes). Arezzo is far 38 km (45 minutes). Siena is far 120 km (1 hours + 45 minutes). Pisa is far 150 km (2 hours).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Poppi is far just 8 km. Camaldoli is far 4 km
  Moggiona is here.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is 62 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Of course, on request. Also from principal train station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at 50 metres from here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poppi station is 8 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No yet. We are working about it. We hope to open it in 2009.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant recommended by Michelin, Veronelli, L'Espresso and Best Italian Restaurant guides.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect it by normal telephone line, or directly in LAN connection, in each room. It's totally free.
