  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.

  Included: buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Better at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only ground floor rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, first floor romms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV is in every room, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning available in summer, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Swimming Pool is open in summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in the park with no extra charge.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have, service is not included.

  In front of the hotel entrance.
