We arrived by train. A 'phone call, mobile, resulted in the promised transfer from the station to the accommodation arriving very promptly. A happy experience.

We would have welcomed a kettle and also pans with the kind of handles which don't get very hot. Typically English, we would also have welcomed a teapot. A pair of scissors would have been useful.
The use of the tower was an extra bonus, giving us superb views of the area.

Again, the transfer to the station was excellent and well organised. We cannot thank the staff at the accommodation highly enough. They were superb.
