• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment. We have weekly prices and daily prices.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor and we do not have any elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every room in every apartment has big windows opening on Certaldo Basso or on the around countryside.
  Well accessible is the tower of Stiozzi Ridolfi Palace, where, on top you can stay and relax by having a huge view of all the surroundings.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but in Certaldo there is the public swimmimg-pool and it is open all year long.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A public parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Certaldo Basso.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, they're.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 40 km, Siena 30, Pisa 50-60.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano is very near (11 km.).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport in Florence is the nearest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfer to/from airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Certaldo Basso there is a bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Certaldo Basso there is the railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't but just outside there are 2 restaurants and other locanda where to eat.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
