- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room per day. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?

Italian, English, French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
In the meaning Villa there are 2 floors with elevator, in Villino dependance 1 floor and in Limonaia dependance 2 floors without elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, for any special request. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they have not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV with the possibility of satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is air conditioning with no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
The guests can connect internet wireless on all the first floor till the pool, in the room instead there is the possibility of connection by wire that we can give to our guests. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a swimming pool and it is always open. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, it is. - Where can we rent a car?
There are many places very next to here to rent a car: Terontola, Tuoro, Passignano, Castiglione del Lago... - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes there are; there is also an Outlet in Foiano della Chiana (25 minutes from Cortona). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Montepulciano (35 minutes), Montalcino(1h 15 minutes). - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence 115km, Siena 70km, Pisa 200km. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Cortona 3km. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence 85km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we have not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is 1km far. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Camucia-Cortona 3km or Terontola-Cortona 12km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have a free usage gym, a wellness center and a Twin Hydromassage (for 2 people) with Ozone and Chromo Relaxation with Essential Oils at extra charge. - Are pets welcome?
Small dogs and cats are allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
From the rooms the wire ADSL connection is possible. On all the common spaces of the ground floor till the pool there's the possibility of wireless connection.
