great stay, friendly, good location, not too much trouble to get to town. Clean, Breakfast supplied was superb! Beautiful location. 'Da Pode' restaurant was beautiful, well worth a visit if not 2!
It would be good to have the exact times when the buses pass by the hotel and then again when the pass by on the way back as some buses go a different route.

The staff should tell people more details about the hotel when they arrive or give them an information sheet.For example, we didn't know that we can order a drink on the pool or a coffee in the evening. We had to find it out ourselves, but as soon as you asked for it everyone was very helpful and you got everything you need.

Lovely, peaceful, in the middle of a very beautiful countryside, great to discover Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Firenze as it is very near. Very delicious food at the restaurant Da Pode, good breakfast in a lovely surrounding and very nice people.

Pool area was excellent. We stayed 4 days, could have stayed longer. Restaurant was very good.Food was 1st.class, we ate there every evening.Wine was probably a little too expensive,but that didnt stop us from drinking it every day.

The Receptionist Laura was very nice and patient. She was helpful and nice. All the staff was nice and friendly. The owner is also nice and helpful.

We were two couples and we stayed 7 nights.
We liked the hotel very much. The location is perfect to tour Tuscany. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Only we would have liked more shelves or drawers in the closets. The owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful. We liked every moment we spent at this hotel. We would definitely stay again if we visit Tuscany

No problems at all for checking out. We paid exactly the amount stated in the voucher.We were not debited for the half hour for using the internet and when I pointed it out to the owner of the hotel he said it is OK and did not want to take the amount due to him after we paid our bill.

Parking is easy - it is so close to every place in Tuscany we wanted to visit. There is also a big Supermarket nearby.
We would like you to submit our remarks to the hotel and tell them that we appreciate their helpfulness and cooperation.

We would recommend it. But as we mentioned before no cabinet with drawers - not enough space for arranging our clothes.

Breakfast was not of the same quality as the restaurant or other villas/inns we stayed at on the trip.
Restaurant attached to hotel was excellent and the wait staff were surpurb.

We arrived by train from Pisa to Poggibonsi, and from there on to the hotel by bus. Regarding taking the bus abit confusing, have to by tickets in the bar at the railwaystation, and the busdrivers dont speak english,some of them would not stop at Hotel Sovestro, all thought there is a busstop on the main road close by,but at last after asking several busdrivers, one agreed to stop at the hotel.

Very lovely hotel, close to the beautiful city of San Gimignano. Steep hill walking up there to the city, around 20-30 minutes, good exercise . Very nice breakfeast outside, swimmingpool wonderful, lovely garden, we were two couples together and we just loved the place.

We would describe the place as very good value for money, and recommend the hotel to all our friends.A beautiful place to stay,and relax, quiet and friendly after visiting buseling places else where in Tuscany.

I would definately recommend the place to anyone. The location is ideal to visit Siena and Florence and local wineries. The pool is a definate asset in the hot weather.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir waren dort im Mai und weil es uns so gut gefiel nochmals im September. Optimale Lage zentral in der Toskana.

Very picturesque, charming and quiet. Close to the town. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, large bathrooms. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant attached to hotel, even though rather pricey. Would definitely stay there again.
