• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room for two persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental buffet breakfast with local sweet and salted food: it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer guests to settle at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are many levels in the different suites and rooms (up to three levels). There are no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have very quiet and independent suites with excellent views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some suites.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with televisions. International channels are not available for the moment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a direct dial telephone, suites have two.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioned is included in the price, and usually it works according to the temperature, from June till August.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have an open swimming pool, available during summer time, while the Jacuzzi bathtub is inside and it is open all over the year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a very spacious parking in front of the reception, and some car places close to the suites.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Orbetello or Grosseto.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are two small grocery stores in Saturnia.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  This area produces a very well known wine called Morellino di Scansano DOC, produced essentially with the vineyards around Scansano, close by.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  From florence there are 200 km, and from Siena 120 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Saturnis is close to Montemerano, Manciano, Pitigliano, Sorano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino (Rome).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Saturnia, and they go to Manciano, Albinia, Orbetello, Grosseto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Grosseto and Orbetello, they are 50 km from Saturnia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a fitness center where you can also have massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs, and only on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, through the telephone plug.
