- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per person. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The buffet breakfast is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill at the check-in or the check-out. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
At the reception 4 languages are spoken: Italian, English, French and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
In the building there are 3 floors plus the ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have quiet rooms in the back side, with view over the Roma Imperiale quartier. The rooms with front sea view are the most romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
One double and one quadruple room have a terrace with mountains view. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Five rooms have a small balcony on the street with lateral sea view. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not have non smoking rooms but we recommend our Guest to not to smoke inside, and if necessary to open the windows. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Each room has satellite TV with English and German channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Each room has direct dialling telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Each room has air conditioning in summer and heating in winter (free of charge). - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We do not have any Internet point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We have only a Jacuzzi for 5/6 persons. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a parking free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
The nearest car rentals are in Pisa Airport or in Viareggio. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is one minimarket at 50 meters and a supermarket at 1 km. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 110 km far. Siena 150 km far. Pisa is 30 km far. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Pisa, then Florence. - Which is the nearest airport?
Pisa is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can call a taxi for You, but it is very easy and cheeper to find some out of the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There is a bus-stop 50 meters from the Hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest train station is Forte dei Marmi. - How far away is the beach?
The beach is 50 meters far. - Is the beach private or public?
The beach is private. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have a Jacuzzi in our panoramic solarium-terrace. - Are pets welcome?
We accept pets for a daily supplement. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We have a restaurant and You can book Half or Full board. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
You cannot connect your modem in the room.
