• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per day and include buffet breakfast with our natural products, free in-room minibar, vat 10%, Service, car Parking and complementary access to our outdoor swimmingpool.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet breakfast with our natural products is included in the rate.. We offer a selection of rolls, pastries, cold meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea. A simple hot breakfast is also available (scrambled eggs and ham).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each room has central heating. In addition there is also air conditioning which can provide heat. Some rooms also have wood burning fireplaces. The cost of the heating/air-conditioning is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotelito Lupaia is a two floors building. Each room is accesisble either with pathways or stairs. Being a veyr old building, there is no elevator available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms are considered very quiet and romantic. Most beds have canopies. Each room or suite have an indipendent entrance and a private garden or terrace filled with flowers and plants.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are included in the service.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All of our rooms have a private garden or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have private garden or terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Italian regulations require that all indoor facilities are NON SMOKING. There are plenty of areas around the building where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV with international channels such as BBC World, BBC Prime, CNN, SkyNews, Fox, CNBC are included.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room has direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The property feature a little private restaurants for guests only.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet access and E-mail point are available at property at no charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our outdoor swimmingpool overlooking the Val di Chiana is available for our guest. Being outdoors, it is open during the Summer season and according to weather conditions.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking on site.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental services like Budget, Hertz, Avis etc are available form main renatl points and we can arrange rental for our guests.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest small town is Montepulciano, where supermarkets and grocery stores are available.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The whole area is surrounded by vineyards that produce the typical local red and white wines.There are many independent vineyards in the Chianti region owned by small local farmers. The province of Siena has many vinyards some taking in the Chianti region. However, many guests also take charming drive to the Chianti region and other important wine producing areas.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 100km, Siena 70km and Pisa 210km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano 2km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci) and Perugia (Sant'Egidio, approximately 68 km), however both Rome and Pisa are each within 2 hours.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick-up service at any airport of arrival.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest regional bus line stops in Montepulciano, 2km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railways station is Chiusi, 24km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The closest fitness center is in Montepulciano.
  Terme di Montepulciano is the nearest SPA.
• Are pets welcome?
  All pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Facilities include of course The Restaurant, where guests can enjoy the original antique Tuscan recipes, privately produced olive oil from our olive groves and wines from the surrounding Brunello di Montalcino vineyards.
  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at The Restaurant and, in Summer time, also in the Patio.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wireless internet service is available throughout the property.
