Rooms were noise, due to the central air conditition and there were not a la carte service in the hotel

I can offer them, because price was fit to the service.

WE were lost and at the railway in our hire car at 10pm We called the hotel for directions but they said there were 2 railway stations and they could not give directions They spoke basic english and our intalian was also basic

WE haad thought the poolwould be onsite but it was a 5 minute walk to another property

There was free internet in the lobby which was great but it was used by staff for long periods at a time for games

Compared to 150 Euro rooms in Rome or Venice this was really a great hotel

Getting to and from Florence which we did 3 days running was easy and took about 45mins to an hour - a good alternative to staying in Florence

Nice lobby with room to sit Internet access in the lobby a bonus
Rooms were modern and spacious
Easy to commute to Florence and much better value than hotels in Florence

Very easy to find and well placed. We found that we could walk everywhere from this hotel. Hotel reception were very good and very helpful on all things.

However, the hotel says there is a 'breakfast basket'. This proved to be a full continental breakfast service with a variety of choices and a bar service for drinks / coffee. Much better than expected.

A good location with good value for money and as the hotel had other sister hotels in the town you could use the pool at another larger hotel.

Nicely furnished, air conditioned (thankfully) and clean. Lighting in the room was too low level for me personally (I am visually impaired) an option of brighter lights instead of the energy saving lights would be good. Bathroom had good lighting.
Staff were very good and polite.

A good place to stay, but I would ask for a room that is not at the front of the hotel on the street. There are lots of tour busses and general street traffic in the area. A room off the street would be quiet less noisy.
